A typical day

A typical day will have you training between 2-3 times per day. Usually at least 1 Crossfit and Strength session inside our Gym with our NEW and top of the line equipment!

And up to 4 outdoor cardio sessions per week, which may include Beach Workouts, Morning Mountain Hikes to different Temples, Morning Runs or Morning Swims.

These are a great way to explore Koh Samui while still getting your fitness in for the morning!

Please note: This is an example schedule and can change from day to day - based on class size, class availability, weather conditions. All in all you will receive your full workout every day, guaranteed!

We may also add extra-classes and/or extra activities. For the latest valid schedule please check with the coach each morning and in our group WhatsApp.

Get Fit On The Beach

7 AM Saturdays

Our Beach workouts are a great way to mix up your training, get some sun, and have some fun on Lamai Beach.

Every Saturday morning will start with a beach run to warm up, followed by a 30-45 minute workout. You will be in and out of the water, swimming, using dumbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes and more.

After our beach workout we usually have a coffee on the beach before beginning the rest of the day!

CrossFit

10 AM or 7 PM Every day

If you're working out day after day and not seeing results, you may be doing the wrong programme. Crossfit is the best way to switch it up.

Made up of various movements that will strengthen your muscles, increace your endurance and improve your agility. It is a mixture of Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio... Crossfit will produce the results you lacked before.

And the best part is : Not one work-out will feel repetitive - for months to come!

Bootcamp Class

2/3 time per week

Our BootCamp burn is a HIIT class perfect for any fitness level. It is a total conditioning workout using minimal weight and technique and alot of body weight movements. We go hard and fast, trying to burn as many calories as possible!

Think bike, rower, battleropes, Sled pushing, Pushups, burpees... Our weightloss clients love these sessions. You'll love them, too!

Strength

4:15 & 5:30 PM every day

We'll be tackling different body areas in our strength training classes on a daily basis - alternating between lower body, upper body and abs - we'll be training these muscle groups slowly and carefully.

You will find that every strength training - similar to CrossFit - will be unique and not repetitive. Sometimes also together as partner workout, or supervised by others in your group.

Muay Thai

Once a week

Thailand is the home of Muay Thai - a traditional fighting sport that has been practices for over 400 years. It's also a great way to transform your body in areas you haven't trained before.

You will be coached by authentic traditional thai coaches with over 100 fights of experience.

Warm Up / Activation Mobility

7:30 AM Tuesdays

We'll begin each week with a mobility activation training - that's a lot of stretching and getting ready for the challenges of the week.

Beach Water Workout

7 AM Wednesdays

Moving into the vast amounts of water that surround us, we'll be exploring Koh Samui's waters with a mixture of swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking.

A good way to get out of the gym, get some sun and explore Koh Samui's hidden attractions. One of our most popular classes.

Yoga

Once a week

With all the hard work you will put your body through while training with us, we believe in Yoga being an amazing recovery tool. Slowing down is important when recovering your body, and our Yoga sessions will help you with that.

Great for soreness, loosening up tight muscles and joints. And an amazing way to improve your mobility.

Hiking

7 AM once a week

We want you to experience all that Koh Samui has to offer. That is what makes our Koh Samui hike classes so great! We explore different sites around Koh Samui, visit hidden Temples and hike up to the highest parts of the island!

Rest

Saturday evenings and Sundays

Saturday afternoon and Sundays are our rest days. This is a great chance to explore the island or visit the beach and have a sneaky cocktail.

We often organise activities for big groups to visit surrounding islands, go snorkelling, jet skiing or exploring the nightlife Koh Samui has to offer
